My dog usually hates getting groomed and tries to bolt the second I turn clippers on, but these were surprisingly quiet. He stayed calm the whole time, which never happens. I’m really happy with them, if they stop working this well, I’d probably look for another brand, but for now they’re a keeper

"Good trimmer for regular grooming"
I’ve been using this dog trimmer for a bit now, and overall I’m happy with it. It’s quiet enough that my dog doesn’t get too nervous, and it cuts through fur well without much pulling. The battery life has also been solid, so I’m not constantly stopping to recharge it. It’s not fancy, but it does the job well and feels like a good buy.

"Battery held up fine, honestly"
I’ve used it twice now and, you know, totally not making a big deal out of it, but the battery still had some charge left. So far, good.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a quick question and they helped me out way faster than I expected. It wasn’t one of those situations where you get passed around, wait forever, explain the same thing five times, or get some copy-paste answer that doesn’t really help. They were quick, clear, and actually useful. For example, they answered my question right away, pointed me in the right direction, and made the whole thing feel easy. it was a nice customer service experience.
